We met on what would go down for the both of us as “the best blind date ever,” where we chopped it up over chopped salads, bonding over shared agency experiences, career aspirations, our love of good whiskey and a mutual affinity for spirits PR.

Tired of other people making the rules and choosing the work for us, we ventured out together and combined more than 25 years of experience to create Willow PR—our version of an idyllic PR company. Since 2008, Molly has helped both emerging and leading iconic brands share stories on a local, national and global scale through effective communications strategies, innovative marketing and memorable events. Prior to co-founding Willow PR, Molly was a vice president at a global agency in Nashville, where she gained extensive PR and marketing experience in both the consumer products and food and beverage industries. From managing national PR campaigns and launching more than a dozen products for Jack Daniel’s to facilitating news conferences and hosting hundreds of media at the Music City Bowl, she’s no stranger to delivering on big expectations.

Allison has spent more than a decade in Columbus, Ohio, embedding herself in the food, drink and entrepreneurial culture of the city. She founded her own PR consultancy in September 2017, laying the foundation for what would eventually become Willow PR. In addition to consulting with brands and restaurants independently, Allison's previous experience includes small to medium agencies, Fortune 500 specialty retailers Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works, and a leadership role at a start-up craft distillery. These experiences give her a unique perspective and awareness on how to meet individual PR needs for a variety of clients in different industries.
